Ten Thousand Coffees, together with RBC Future Launch, partners with schools to match students with alumni based on their career goals. Students are provided instruction on how to network effectively and how to leverage their network to navigate current and future opportunities.
Riipen
Through their partnership with RBC Future Launch, Riipen is providing secondary school students access to practical work experience. By integrating work and learning through Project-Based Experiential Learning, together we are preparing students for the future of work.
Magnet
RBC Future Launch and Magnet have partnered to support youth job seekers and small businesses across Canada. Through the RBC Youth Employment Portal, it enables job seekers to get matched to jobs, work placements and internships based on their skills and goals.
Universities Canada
Universities Canada manages government-funded international scholarship programs and more than 120 scholarship programs on behalf of private sector companies. RBC and Universities Canada have partnered to bring scholarships to Canadian youth and help match young people with the right opportunities.
Future Fit AI
Future Fit AI powers RBC Upskill, our free, online tool that helps youth discover and unlock their career potential. The tool uses career-relevant skills, education, interests and work experience to help youth prepare for the job they want.
