Preparing youth for the changing world of work isn’t something RBC can do alone. We’re working with educational institutions and partners in the private, public and social sectors to co-create and provide access to long-term solutions, programming and resources that align with the four RBC Future Launch pillars - work experience, skills, networking and mental well-being.

360°kids

360°kids has been providing support services to youth ages 13-30 residing in York for the past 32 years. We offer a full range of services—housing, clothing, food, outreach, counselling, life skills training, education upgrading and job searching — designed to help youth get back on their feet.
