Jack.org: Empowering Youth to Revolutionize Mental Health

Canada’s only charity training and empowering young people to revolutionize mental health.

A collage of pictures

Suicide is the #1 health-related cause of death for young people in Canada. We have the 3rd highest rate of youth suicide in the industrialized world. Though these facts underscores a state of emergency, it says nothing about the millions of young people across the country who are struggling with their mental health without experiencing suicidal ideation.

In order to change mental health in Canada, we need to empower young people. Jack.org gives young people the knowledge and resources they need to make changes. Jack.org is working towards a Canada where all young people understand how to take care of their own mental health and look out for each other. A Canada without shame, where all those who need support get the help they deserve. With thousands of young leaders working across every province and territory in Canada to make this a reality, we’re just getting started.
