Helping Canada’s young and Indigenous entrepreneurs turn ideas into action
For 30 years, RBC and Futurpreneur have helped over 21,000 young entrepreneurs turn their ambitions into action. This collaboration helps give aspiring founders the ability to build a thriving future with access to the opportunities, capital, and mentorship they need to help them start, buy, and grow businesses across Canada.
Three Integrated Programs
Three integrated programs are designed to serve the two fastest-growing groups of business founders in Canada: entrepreneurs under 30 and Indigenous entrepreneurs aged 18-39.

U30 Startup Programming
With RBC’s support, including access to collateral-free loans, Futurpreneur helps founders under 30 turn ideas into action, bolstering its broader national startup programs for entrepreneurs ages 18–39.

Indigenous Entrepreneur Startup Program (IESP)
Culturally grounded workshops developed and led by a dedicated, all-Indigenous team, mentorship from experienced leaders, and collateral-free loans.

RBC Rock My Business Workshops
Financial literacy, business ideation and planning, cash flow projections for young entrepreneurs, and 10 annual startup awards of $5,000 each.
Together, these programs strengthen RBC’s commitment to helping young entrepreneurs across Canada prepare for the future of work and to advancing reconciliation by driving inclusive economic growth, with the IESP offered in collaboration with RBC Origins.
