RBC recognized for Human Capital excellence
 TORONTO,
June 2, 2008 - RBC has been recognized as a Canadian
Human Capital Leader according to the 2008 Human Capital Leaders
Survey.
The Survey, conducted by The Beacon Group, a human resources
advisement and services firm, recognized RBC for its unique
corporate culture, sustained employee retention ability and
outstanding reputation with both current and prospective employees.
Results were based on the thoughts of over 4,000 Canadian
executives, who were asked about the state of talent management
in Canada.
In addition to highlighting leading companies, the study
also pointed to external challenges, such as competition,
labour shortage and economic recession, as the largest concerns
for Canadian companies.
