Royal Bank of Canada scores hat trick at the Loyalty360 Customer Awards for RBC Rewards Program

TORONTO, November 16, 2017 - Royal Bank of Canada (“RBC”) won three prestigious awards at the Loyalty360 Customer Awards on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 in Nashville, Tennessee for its industry leading RBC Rewards program.

The Loyalty360 Customer Awards honour global industry leaders who are focused on building strong relationships with their clients and providing innovative solutions to create remarkable client experiences.

RBC was awarded top spot with the Platinum Award in Customer Experience and Engagement, as well as the bronze award for Loyalty and Advocacy, and the Loyalty360 Customer Service Innovation Award for the RBC Rewards program.

The RBC Rewards program is Canada’s largest and most flexible bank-owned proprietary loyalty program. The client-centric program is focused on giving RBC clients more ways to earn RBC Rewards faster, more ways to save through unique offers and special perks, and more redemption options.
