RBC Ventures takes human-centered approach to innovation

TORONTO July 30, 2020 - RBC Ventures has been recognized in Fast Company’s second annual Best Workplaces for Innovators list, honouring businesses and organizations that demonstrate a deep commitment to encouraging innovation at all levels. RBC Ventures came in at #39, for its ability to pivot and think beyond banking and was the only Canadian bank to make the list.

The 2020 Best Workplaces for Innovators ranks 100 winners from a variety of industries. From nearly 900 applications, the 2020 awards feature workplaces from around the world with several of the honorees based outside the U.S. RBC Ventures is one of three Canadian companies to be listed, and is recognized alongside Google, Dell, Diageo, Alibaba, Etsy, Nestle, and many others.
