The Board of Directors believes that communication with shareholders is an important part of the governance process and encourages shareholders to express their views.

Shareholders may use the form below to communicate on governance matters or may direct written correspondence. In accordance with instructions from the Board, RBC will coordinate communications for review by the Board and, as appropriate, will refer communications to the Chair, to individual directors or to the full Board. The Board may instruct management to respond on its behalf.
