Share your Feedback about Accessibility with us!

We are constantly looking for ways to improve the experiences of clients and employees with disabilities.

The purpose of this webform is to gather feedback and ask questions related to Accessibility. You may share your feedback on an anonymous basis. Our Accessibility Office will review submissions weekly.

As the Accessibility Office does not have access to individual bank account information, for specific account related questions or concerns, please contact RBC Customer Service at 1-800-769-2511 (global toll-free number), and someone will be happy to assist you.
