TORONTO, August 27, 2012 – RBC was recently presented with a Bronze Omni Award for Coaching the RBC Commercial Product Acumen Curriculum - What is it?
The coaching module was created to introduce a new curriculum - RBC’s Commercial Product Acumen. The curriculum aims to improve the client experience through building skills necessary to better understand and provide advice to business clients.
