Who We Are
Approximately 79,000 people. All Proud to work under the RBC banner, not just because of our reputation for — integrity, strength and stability — but what we're able to accomplish because of our shared values. RBCers come to work bringing their best, wanting to make a difference, in a high performance culture.
We're an inclusive and diverse team working together across businesses to share ideas and expertise with each other and our clients. Best Work Place
Employee pride is the result of fulfilling a promise. We’ve won the Best Workplaces in Canada award 6 years running. That’s because RBC follows through on its promise to employees. RBC employees ENJOY and TRUST the people they work with and are PROUD of being able to make a difference, knowing that each contribution matters and that we all have the opportunity to reach our potential. www.rbc.com/bestworkplace
Employee Volunteer Grants Program
Being part of a community means giving back when you can. We can help you do that through the RBC Employee Volunteer Grants Program that recognizes employees and retirees for all the volunteer work they do. If you donate more than 40 hours per year to a charitable organization, you can apply for a grant of up to $500 for that organization.
Since 1999, RBC has made over 17,000 grants and donated more than $8.5 million to help our employees give back and make a difference in their communities.
The deadline to apply for your RBC Employee Volunteer Grant is October 1.
Employee Resource Groups
Through the RBC Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), you can connect with your co-workers who share your interests and personal goals. These are networks for you to use to help raise awareness on employee needs close to your heart, as well as opportunities to network, coach and peer mentor.
