Our approach to community investment is grounded in listening, respect and shared goals. Guided by local leadership and regional priorities, we focus on the areas of greatest need, thoughtfully investing in what matters most to Indigenous communities. These efforts reflect our commitment to long-term relationships and meaningful progress.
Community Investments
Through RBC and the RBC Foundation, we provide support for Indigenous communities by funding initiatives through donations and sponsorships to help build a bright future.
Supplier Diversity Program
As a major purchaser of goods and services, we recognize the tremendous impact we have on the supplier community – as well as the impact suppliers have on the products and services that we deliver.
Through our Supplier Diversity Program, our goal is to provide inclusive opportunities to businesses owned by Indigenous Peoples.
