RBC Financial Literacy for Indigenous Peoples Course

Developed in partnership with First Nations Child & Family Caring Society, the RBC Financial Literacy for Indigenous Peoples Course will provide the information needed to build lifelong financial skills that can help you make the most of your money today and achieve your goals for the future.

RBC Indigenous Peoples Development Program

Designed to enable young Indigenous people to develop the skills and capabilities needed to pursue rewarding careers, this two-year program offers rotations across RBC, volunteer opportunities in an Indigenous community, a customized learning plan and formal coaching.

Upon completion of the program, graduates are offered a permanent position.

National Indigenous Student Internship Program

Providing firsthand exposure and a head start in different areas of RBC, this internship offers challenging yet rewarding experiences. For those who excel in the program, there may be the opportunity to receive advance full-time employment.

RBC Future Launch Scholarship for Indigenous Youth

Are you an Indigenous youth in Canada looking to pursue post-secondary education? The RBC Future Launch Scholarship for Indigenous Youth will award 20 scholarships annually valued up to $10,000 each per year (up to 4 years) to First Nations, Inuit and Métis students across Canada demonstrating strong academic performance and community involvement.
