We have improved the Vendor Information Form to better understand your business.
This is
your opportunity to tell us more about your business and its
offerings. The Vendor Information Form is an important first
step in registering with RBC Financial Group to be considered
as a future potential vendor.
Your company profile will be maintained in RBC’s potential vendor database for two (2) years, after which we welcome an updated registration
In the event RBC considers a sourcing event for products or
services described in your vendor registration, your
application may be considered. Completing the registration
ensures your company will be considered for bid but it does
not guarantee that your company will receive an invitation to
bid, nor does it classify your business as an Authorized or
Preferred RBC vendor.
We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of all customer information. Member companies of RBC have developed a strict internal Privacy Code which governs the behaviour of both their employees and suppliers with regard to the accuracy, confidentiality and security of client information.
The personal information you provide us will only be used in order to assess your application for supplier status with RBC. It will not be shared with any other third party, including any other RBC departments, without your express consent. If you are selected as a supplier
with RBC, you will be expected to, at a minimum, conform to the same practices and policies RBC has with respect to security and use of personal information.
For complete details on our commitment to privacy, please refer to Our Commitment to Client Privacy.
