Welcome to RBC Invoice Gateway

Notice: RBC Invoice Gateway system will be permanently shut down effective October 25, 2010. Please ensure all completed appraisals ordered directly by RBC staff prior to September 11, 2010 are invoiced prior to the system shut down on October 25, 2010.

RBC Appraisal Ordering now ordered through Nationwide Appraisal Services Inc.

As of September 11, 2010 all RBC staff have been advised that all Appraisal Orders must now be ordered through Nationwide Appraisal Management Company (NAS), including Full, Drive by, Progress Inspection, Market Rent, etc.

Requests directly from RBC staff members should be declined as all requests must be ordered via the NAS system and you are not longer eligible to accept the order directly.

For further support information regarding any outstanding invoices, please email einvoice@rbc.com

At RBC, one of our goals is to improve efficiency by streamlining processes and one way to achieve that is to implement electronic solutions where possible.

We are pleased to introduce the RBC Invoice Gateway, a web-based invoice presentation process that eliminates the processing of paper invoices.

If you are a supplier to RBC, you may use the Invoice Gateway to send us your invoice. The Gateway is a secure site that allows you to create, view and submit invoices for payment.

Payment is made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the financial institution of your choice.

For more information on this initiative or for instructions on how to convert to einvoicing, please contact us at einvoice@rbc.com.
