Everyone has a hobby. In their spare time, RBC Dominion Securities'
Adam Bain and Bruce Fairles put on their AC/DC persona and
rock n' roll for charity.

RBC/DC headlined Battle of the Bay Street
Bands IV,
raising
nearly $50,000
for Wellspring London.
On February 27, 2004, 'Battle of the Bay Street Bands IV'
raised nearly $50,000 for Wellspring London, a centre providing
emotional and psychological support, free of charge, to individuals
and families living with cancer.
"We saw the financial services community in Toronto
run similar concerts to support charity, and thought London
could easily support such an event," says Randy Parsons,
who helps organize Battle of the Bay Street Bands with Adam.
"Sure, it's loud, and we get to rock; but the main
thing is it's a great time for a greater cause." drummer
Bruce Fairles adds.
"We pull on our wigs, set our Marshall amplifiers to
11 and just give'r," notes guitar virtuoso Adam. "And
it's a great way to raise funds for charity and have fun,
and so far, so good."
