There are two types of grants available.
Community Action Grants: These grants range from $1,000 to $10,000, and are awarded to local or community-based organizations in Canada, the United States or the Caribbean. We have established an application deadline for Community Action Grants, rather than accepting applications year round. This will allow us to review all applications in a fair and consistent manner. The application period for 2014 Community Action Grants is closed. The 2015 Community Action Grant application will be available on November 3, 2014. The application deadline is January 22, 2015.
Leadership Grants: These grants range from $10,001 to $100,000 and are awarded to organizations that are leaders in providing programs in North America and other countries where RBC does business. Interested organizations must submit an Expression of Interest. The Expression of Interest stage is a new feature of the RBC Blue Water Project Leadership grants process, intended to save charitable organizations the time and effort of completing a full RBC Blue Water Project Leadership Grant application and to help us pre-screen applicants and projects. Interested organizations must submit an Expression of Interest, which will be available on November 3, 2014. If your project qualifies for additional consideration, we will invite you to submit a formal RBC Blue Water Leadership Grant Application. The deadline to submit an Expression of Interest is December 15, 2014."
2014 RBC Blue Water Project Grant recipients must complete the Year End Report prior to submitting a 2015 grant application. If your organization will not be submitting an application, the 2014 RBC Blue Water Project Year End Report will remain active online until June 2015. The Year End Report is mandatory and fulfills the reporting requirement outlined in our policy and procedure guidelines. Please submit any questions to email@example.com.
