Important Information: Canada Post Service Disruption
A Canada Post service disruption is currently in effect. If you receive printed statements for your account(s) in the mail, they will not be delivered until the postal disruption is over. Additionally, there may be a delay in receiving investment cheques and new or replacement client cards, Virtual Visa debits, and credit cards. Please remember it’s important you continue to make your required payments to keep your account in good standing.
IMPORTANT: Due to the Canada Post labour disruption, there may be delays in receiving your credit or debit card.
- If your credit card expires at the end of October and you haven't received a replacement, please contact us so we can issue a new one.
- If your debit card expires at the end of October and you haven't received a replacement, please visit a branch to get a temporary card. Personal RBC Debit cards can be added to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay from a device even without the physical card and used to make contactless payments at participating merchants.
- For cards expiring in November or later (Credit or Debit), we're working on re-issuing them. No action is needed from you at this time.
