OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

CONTEST PERIOD:

The RBC Amp 100 Contest (the “Contest”) begins on October 28, 2025, at 10:30 AM Eastern Time and ends on November 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”).

AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE RULES:

By participating in this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Official Contest Rules (the “Rules”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The Contest is only open to residents of Canada who are 19 years of age or older in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual or entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”).

SOCIAL PLATFORM NOT INVOLVED:

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram (the “Social Platform”). The Social Platform is hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to the Social Platform. You may only use one (1) Social Platform account (each, an “Account” and collectively, the “Accounts”) to participate in this Contest. You are solely responsible for ensuring your Account settings are set to be able to receive notification messages, monitoring your Account for such notification messages and following all instructions contained in such notification messages that may be received from the Sponsor regarding your participation in the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase necessary. You may earn an entry in the Contest (each, an “Entry” and collectively, the “Entries”) as follows:

Instagram:

To enter via Instagram, you must log-in to your Instagram Account and visit the Sponsor’s Instagram Account at @rbc (the “Sponsor’s Account”). Next, locate the Contest post (the “Contest Post”) that has been posted on the Sponsor’s Account by or on behalf of the Sponsor. After locating the Contest Post, provide a comment on the Contest Post that: mentions who you would take to RBC Amphitheatre. In addition, you must become a “follower” of the official @rbc account on Instagram (note: you can un-follow at any time after the Contest ends without impacting your chances of winning). When all required steps of the entry process are complete, you will automatically be eligible to earn one (1) Entry in the Contest.

To be eligible, all content and materials associated with your Entry (collectively, the “Entry Materials”) must: (i) be submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period; (ii) include all required components and materials noted above; (iii) be in accordance with these Rules, including, but not limited to, the specific Participation Requirements listed below; and (iv) be in accordance with the terms, rules, policies and guidelines of the Social Platform (the “Social Platform Rules”) (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). Standard data rates apply to participants who choose to participate in the Contest via a mobile device. To be eligible, your Entry must be submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period.

ENTRY LIMIT:

There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person during the Contest Period. If it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to: (i) exceed any of the limits stated in these Rules; and/or (ii) use multiple Accounts, names, identities, email addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. An Entry may be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor): (i) the Entry (including, but not limited to, any associated Entry Materials) is not submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period; and/or (ii) the Entry Materials accompanying the Entry are not in compliance with these Rules (including, but not limited to, the specific Participation Requirements listed below) and/or the Social Platform Rules (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). The Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Entries or any other Contest-related information (all of which are void).

VERIFICATION:

All Entries, Entry Materials and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry, Entry Materials or any other information submitted (or purportedly submitted) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE THAT THE ENTRY (AND EACH INDIVIDUAL COMPONENT THEREOF – INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ENTRY MATERIALS) COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE RULES. THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING: (I) THE USE OF YOUR ENTRY (OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF – INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ENTRY MATERIALS); (II) PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITIES; (III) ANY USE, COLLECTION, STORAGE AND DISCLOSURE OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION; AND/OR (IV) IF DECLARED A/THE WINNER, A/THE PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY USE OR MISUSE OF A/THE PRIZE). THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT OTHERWISE FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE RULES AND/OR THE SOCIAL PLATFORM RULES. THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY SHALL CONTINUE IN FORCE FOLLOWING THE TERMINATION OF THE CONTEST AND/OR AWARDING OF ANY/THE PRIZE.

By participating in the Contest, you hereby warrant and represent that any Entry Materials you submit:

The Sponsor and/or its promotional agency or designated content moderator (the “Reviewer”) reserves the right to screen all Entry Materials. Any Entry Materials that the Reviewer deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, to violate the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules are subject to disqualification. The Reviewer reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and for any reason, to remove any Entry Materials (or any part thereof) and/or to request an entrant to modify, edit and/or re-submit his or her Entry Materials (or any part thereof) in order to ensure that the Entry Materials comply with these Rules, or for any other reason. If such an action is necessary at any point during or after the Contest, then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take whatever action it deems necessary based on the circumstances – including, without limitation, disqualifying the Entry Materials (and therefore the corresponding Entry and/or the associated entrant) – to help ensure that the Contest is being conducted in accordance with the letter and spirit of these Rules.

LICENSE:

By entering the Contest and submitting an Entry, you:(i) without limiting the Social Platform Rules, grant to the Sponsor, in perpetuity, a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit, make available, communicate to the public by telecommunication and otherwise use your Entry Materials (and each component thereof), in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the Contest or for any other reason in any type of media; (ii) waive all moral rights in and to your Entry Materials (and each component thereof) in favour of the Sponsor (and anyone authorized by the Sponsor to use such Entry Materials); and (iii) agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties (defined below) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of his/her Entry Materials (or any component thereof), including, without limitation, any claim based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual property related or other cause of action whatsoever.

PRIZES:

PRIZE DESCRIPTION

There will be 5 prizes (each, a "Prize"). Each Prize consists of:

• A pair of tickets to the first one hundred (100) concerts at the RBC Amphitheatre (the “Venue”) in Toronto, Ontario between May 2026 and September 2027 with a total approximate retail prize value of $36,000CAD.

  Parking, travel and accommodations not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Admission (and, if applicable, any ticket(s) is subject to the terms and conditions of the event host and of the host venue, which must accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). No substitutions except at the Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any of this prizing or a component thereof with a prize of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award. All costs not expressly indicated above as forming part of this prizing are the applicable confirmed winner’s sole responsibility. All characteristics and features of this prizing, except as otherwise explicitly described above, are at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The Released Parties (defined below) will be in no way responsible in the event that any part of the event is delayed, cancelled, postponed or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever.

  Tickets are subject to availability, age restrictions, venue capacity and artist restrictions. Tickets to a particular event are not guaranteed. Tickets are not available for rentals, private parties or non-Live Nation produced events. Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of the Sponsor which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at the Venue Will Call the day of the ticketed event under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. If tickets will be emailed, winner will receive tickets at least forty-eight (48) hours before the event. Winner and guest must be at least nineteen (19) years of age and must abide by all venue policies: https://www.budweiser-stage.com/know-before-you-go, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. The Sponsor and/or Live Nation reserve the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who they and/or Venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Venue policy or law, and/or may bring the Sponsor and/or Live Nation into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the ticketed event at the Venue. Use of tickets for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. Any event tickets not claimed will remain the property of Live Nation. Resale of tickets is prohibited. Should the ticketed event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible, will be in no way responsible in the event that any part of the event is delayed, cancelled, postponed or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever.

  Without limiting any of the foregoing, the following additional terms and conditions apply to the prize: (i) the confirmed winner (and his/her guest(s), as applicable) must have all necessary documentation to permit participation in the prize (including without limitation any required valid proof of vaccine or exemption documentation, proof of negative COVID-19 test documentation, and/or any other COVID-19 documentation), failing which he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the prize); (ii) the confirmed winner, and his/her guest(s) as applicable, are solely responsible for any COVID-19 test expenses, COVID-19 quarantine requirements and related expenses, and travel or medial insurance costs (if applicable); (iii) the Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for any delay, postponement, suspension, rescheduling or cancellation of any aspect of the prize, for any reason (including without limitation, if fulfilment of the prize, or any part thereof, is rendered impossible, infeasible, unsafe or impractical for any reason, including without limitation due to illness or health risks, or any governmental or health authority orders, measures, directives or guidance in response to such illness or risks, such as, without limitation, those that may be implemented to mitigate COVID-19 transmission, or due to any pandemic-related law, regulation, order, policy, guideline, strike, travel restriction, venue policy, restriction, or other cause of any kind or nature whatsoever), and for greater certainty are not obligated to offer any compensation and/or substitute prizing as a result; and (iv) by participating in the prize, the confirmed winner (and each of his/her guest(s) as applicable): (a) signifies that he/she understands, acknowledges and accepts that participation in the prize may involve danger and/or exposure to risks and hazards (including without limitation as may be due to the nature of the prize and as may be due to possible COVID-19 exposure or infection), whether arising from foreseeable or unforeseeable human error and negligence, and that, as a result, he/she may suffer damage to personal property, serious personal injury, illness or even death; (b) signifies that he/she acknowledges and agrees that the Released Parties (defined below) have not made any warranties, guarantees or representations about his/her safety while participating in the prize; and (c) warrants and represents that he/she has evaluated the nature, scope, and extent of the risks involved, and freely and voluntarily agree and assume any and all risks of personal injury, illness, death arising out of or connected with his/her participation in the prize.

There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person.

PRIZE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS:

On Nov 3, 2025 (the "Selection Date") in Toronto, Ontario at 9:00 AM Eastern Time, five (5) eligible entrants will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period and each such selected entrant will be deemed a potential Prize winner.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS:

The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of one (1) attempt to contact each potential Prize winner (using the information provided at the time of entry) within one (1) business day of the Selection Date. If a potential Prize winner cannot be contacted within 7 business days of the Selection Date, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate potential Prize winner following the same winner selection procedure described above (with the necessary amendments), in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new potential Prize winner.

WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:

BEFORE BEING DECLARED A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, each potential Prize winner will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release); and (b) sign and return within three (3) business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Contest Parties, RBC, Live Nation Canada, Inc. (“Live Nation”), RBC Amphitheatre and its affiliated companies., Instagram and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. If the potential Prize winner: (a) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time; (b) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason; (c) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate potential Prize winner following the same winner selection procedure described above (with the necessary amendments), in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new potential Prize winner. The Sponsor will have final discretion in selecting the winner in the event of a tie or for any other reason.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

All Entries become the property of the Sponsor. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without the right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of Entries and/or entrants. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME.

The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of any website during the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any Entry or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; and/or (v) any combination of the above.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, by participating in the Contest, each entrant releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest and his/her participation therein.

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require any individual who purports to be the entrant that submitted the Entry in question to provide proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) of being the entrant that submitted such Entry. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion).

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failure. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.

By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her Entry only for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at: https://www.rbc.com/privacysecurity/ca/global-privacy-notice.html).

This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or Entry with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials or website(s), including, but not limited to: an entry form, French version of these Rules, and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these English Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Live Nation is not a Sponsor of the Contest, and in no way responsible for the administration of the Contest, the verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing. Si le commanditaire découvre (à l’aide d’une preuve ou d’un autre renseignement fourni au commanditaire ou autrement découvert par le commanditaire) qu’une personne a tenté : i) de dépasser toute limite stipulée dans le présent règlement; ou ii) d’utiliser plusieurs comptes, noms, identités, adresses de courriel, ou un moyen automatisé, une macro, un script, une aide robotique ou un ou plusieurs autres systèmes ou programmes pour s’inscrire ou autrement participer à ce concours ou nuire à son bon fonctionnement, elle pourrait se voir exclue du concours à la discrétion du commanditaire. Toute participation pourrait être rejetée si (à la seule et entière discrétion du commanditaire) : i) la participation (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, tout matériel de participation associé) n’est pas présentée et reçue conformément au présent règlement pendant la période du concours; ii) le matériel de participation qui accompagne la participation n’est pas conforme au présent règlement (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les exigences de participation spécifiques énumérées ci-dessous) et/ou les règles de la plateforme sociale (comme le détermine le commanditaire à sa seule et entière discrétion). Les parties exonérées (définies ci-après) ne sont pas responsables des participations reçues en retard, perdues, mal acheminées, retardées, incomplètes ou incompatibles ou de tout autre renseignement lié au concours (lesquels seront tous déclarés nuls).

VÉRIFICATION :

L’ensemble des participations, du matériel de participation et des participants peuvent faire l’objet d’une vérification à tout moment et pour quelque raison que ce soit. Le commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule et entière discrétion, d’exiger une preuve d’identité ou d’admissibilité (sous une forme jugée acceptable par le commanditaire, y compris, notamment, une pièce d’identité avec photo délivrée par le gouvernement) : i) pour vérifier l’admissibilité d’une personne au présent concours; ii) pour vérifier l’admissibilité ou la légitimité d’une participation, du matériel de participation ou de tout autre renseignement soumis (ou prétendument sa seule et entière discrétion, aux fins de l’administration de ce concours conformément au présent règlement. Le défaut de fournir une telle preuve à l’entière satisfaction du commanditaire dans les délais précisés par le commanditaire pourrait entraîner la disqualification à la seule et entière discrétion du commanditaire. Les registres des serveurs du concours constitueront le seul moyen permettant d’attester l’heure aux fins du présent concours.

EXIGENCES DE PARTICIPATION :

EN SOUMETTANT UNE PARTICIPATION, CHAQUE PARTICIPANT ADMISSIBLE CONVIENT QUE LA PARTICIPATION (ET CHAQUE COMPOSANTE INDIVIDUELLE DE CELLE-CI - Y COMPRIS, SANS S'Y LIMITER, LE MATÉRIEL DE PARTICIPATION) EST CONFORME À TOUTES LES CONDITIONS ÉNONCÉES DANS LE PRÉSENT RÈGLEMENT. LES PARTIES EXONÉRÉES (DÉFINIES CI-DESSOUS) N'ASSUMERONT AUCUNE RESPONSABILITÉ, QUELLE QU'ELLE SOIT CONCERNANT : (I) L'UTILISATION DE VOTRE PARTICIPATION (OU DE TOUTE COMPOSANTE DE CELLE-CI - Y COMPRIS, MAIS SANS S'Y LIMITER, LE MATÉRIEL DE PARTICIPATION); (II) LA PARTICIPATION À TOUTE ACTIVITÉ LIÉE AU CONCOURS; (III) TOUTE UTILISATION, COLLECTE, STOCKAGE ET DIVULGATION DE TOUT RENSEIGNEMENT PERSONNEL; ET/OU (IV) SI EST DÉCLARÉ UN/LE GAGNANT, TOUT PRIX (Y COMPRIS TOUTE UTILISATION OU MAUVAISE UTILISATION DU/D’UN PRIX). En participant au concours et en soumettant une participation, vous garantissez et déclarez par les présentes que le matériel de participation que vous soumettez :

Le commanditaire et/ou son agence promotionnelle ou son modérateur de contenu désigné (le « modérateur ») se réserve le droit de vérifier tout le matériel de participation. Tout matériel de participation que le modérateur considère, à sa seule et entière discrétion, comme violant les modalités et conditions énoncées dans le présent règlement est sujet à disqualification. Le modérateur se réserve le droit, à sa seule et entière discrétion, à tout moment et pour toute raison, de retirer tout matériel de participation (ou tout composante de celui-ci) et/ou de demander à un participant de modifier, réviser et/ou soumettre à nouveau leur matériel de participation (ou toute composante de celui-ci) afin de s'assurer que le matériel de participation soit conforme au présent règlement, ou pour toute autre raison. Si une telle action est nécessaire à tout moment (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, pendant ou après le concours), le commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de prendre toute mesure qu'il juge nécessaire en fonction des circonstances, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la disqualification du matériel de participation (et donc de la participation correspondante et/ou du participant associé), afin d’aider à s’assurer que le concours se déroule conformément à la lettre et de l'esprit du présent règlement.

LICENCE :

En participant au concours et en soumettant une participation, vous : (i) sans limiter les règles de la plateforme sociale, accordez au commanditaire, à perpétuité, une licence non exclusive mondiale lui permettant de publier, d'afficher, de reproduire, de modifier, d'éditer, de rendre disponible, de communiquer au public par télécommunication et d'utiliser autrement votre matériel de participation (et chacune de ses composantes), en tout ou en partie, pour la publicité ou la promotion du concours ou pour toute autre raison dans tout type de média; (ii) renoncez à tous les droits moraux sur votre matériel de participation (et chacune de ses composantes) en faveur du commanditaire (et de toute personne autorisée par le commanditaire à utiliser le matériel de participation); et (iii) acceptez de libérer et d'exonérer les parties exonérées (définies ci-dessous) de toute réclamation, de tout dommage, de toute responsabilité, de tout coût et de toute dépense découlant de l'utilisation du matériel de participation (et de chacune de ses composantes), y compris, sans s'y limiter, toute réclamation fondée sur les droits de publicité, la diffamation, l'atteinte à la vie privée, la violation des droits d'auteur, la violation des marques de commerce ou toute autre cause d'action liée à la propriété intellectuelle ou autre, quelle qu'elle soit.

PRIX :

DESCRIPTION DES PRIX

Il y aura cinq (5) prix (chacun, un « prix »). Chaque prix consiste en :

• Une paire de billets pour les cent (100) premiers concerts au RBC Amphitheatre (le « lieu de l’événement ») à Toronto, en Ontario, entre mai 2026 et septembre 2027, d'une valeur totale approximative du prix au détail de 36 000 $ CA.

  Le stationnement, les déplacements et l'hébergement ne sont pas inclus et relèvent de la seule responsabilité du gagnant et de son invité. L’admission (et, le cas échéant, tout billet) est sujette aux modalités et conditions du lieu de l’événement, qui doit être acceptée telle qu’octroyée et le prix n’est pas transférable, cessible ou convertible en espèces (sauf en cas de permission expresse du commanditaire, à sa seule et entière discrétion). Aucune substitution n’est permise, sauf si le commanditaire opte pour cette possibilité. Le commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule et entière discrétion, de remplacer tout prix ou une composante de celui-ci, par un prix de valeur égale ou supérieure, y compris, notamment, et à la seule et entière discrétion du commanditaire, par un prix en espèces. Tous les coûts qui ne sont pas expressément indiqués ci-dessus comme faisant partie de ce prix sont à la charge exclusive du gagnant confirmé applicable.   Les billets sont soumis à la disponibilité, aux restrictions d'âge, à la capacité du lieu et aux restrictions relatives aux artistes. Les billets pour un événement particulier ne sont pas garantis. Les billets ne sont pas disponibles pour les locations, les fêtes privées ou les événements non produits par Live Nation. La méthode de livraison des billets est à la seule discrétion du commanditaire et sera soit envoyée au gagnant par la poste, par courriel, par billetterie mobile ou placée au Venue Will Call le jour de l'événement payant sous le nom du gagnant. Le gagnant doit être présent pour récupérer les billets et une pièce d'identité valide avec photo sera exigée si les billets sont placés à Will Call. Si les billets sont envoyés par courriel, le gagnant recevra les billets au moins quarante-huit (48) heures avant l'événement. Le gagnant et son invité doivent être âgés d'au moins dix-neuf (19) ans et doivent se conformer à toutes les politiques du site: https://www.budweiser-stage.com/know-before-you-go, y incluant, mais sans s'y limiter, la présentation d'une pièce d'identité valide avec photo sur le site à des fins de vérification de l'âge et/ou d'identification, sur demande. Le commanditaire et/ou Live Nation se réservent le droit de révoquer tout prix total ou partiel de tout gagnant ou invité du gagnant qui, selon eux-mêmes et/ou le personnel du lieu de l’événement, peut, à leur seule discrétion, être en état d'ébriété, présenter un risque pour la sécurité, avoir enfreint toute politique ou loi du lieu de l’événement, et/ou susceptibles de jeter le discrédit sur le commanditaire et/ou Live Nation. Le gagnant comprend qu'il existe des risques inhérents au fait d'être dans des espaces publics et que ces risques peuvent être présents avant, pendant et après l'événement payant sur le lieu de l’événement. L'utilisation des billets à des fins publicitaires, de marketing ou promotionnelles non autorisées est strictement interdite. Tous les billets d'événement non réclamés resteront la propriété de Live Nation. La revente de billets est interdite. En cas d'annulation de l'événement payant, vous en serez informé dès que raisonnablement possible, vous ne serez en aucun cas responsable dans le cas où une partie de l'événement serait retardée, annulée, reportée ou reprogrammée pour quelque raison que ce soit.

  Sans limiter la portée de ce qui précède, les conditions supplémentaires suivantes s'appliquent au prix : (i) le gagnant confirmé (et son/ses invité(s), le cas échéant) doit disposer de tous les documents nécessaires pour pouvoir participer au prix (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, toute preuve valide de vaccination ou d'exemption, toute preuve de test COVID-19 négatif et/ou tout autre document COVID-19), faute de quoi il pourra, à la seule et entière discrétion du commanditaire, être disqualifié (et, s'il est disqualifié, il perdra tous ses droits au prix); (ii) le gagnant confirmé, et son/ses invité(s) le cas échéant, sont seuls responsables des frais de test COVID-19, des exigences de quarantaine COVID-19 et des frais connexes, ainsi que des frais de voyage ou d'assurance médicale (le cas échéant); (iii) les parties exonérées (définies ci-dessous) ne sont pas responsables du retard, du report, de la suspension, de la reprogrammation ou de l'annulation de tout aspect du prix, pour quelque raison que ce soit (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, si l'exécution du prix, ou d'une partie de celui-ci, est rendue impossible, infaisable, dangereuse ou irréalisable pour quelque raison que ce soit, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, en raison d'une maladie ou de risques pour la santé, ou de toute ordonnance, mesure, directive ou orientation d'un gouvernement ou d'une autorité sanitaire en réponse à une telle maladie ou à de tels risques, tels que, sans s'y limiter, ceux qui pourraient être mis en œuvre pour atténuer la transmission de la COVID-19, ou en raison d'une loi, d'un règlement, d'une ordonnance, d'une politique, d'une directive, d'une grève, d'une restriction de voyage, d'une politique de lieu, d'une restriction ou d'une autre cause de quelque nature que ce soit, liée à une pandémie), et pour plus de certitude, nous ne sommes pas obligés d'offrir une compensation et/ou un prix de remplacement en conséquence; et (iv) en participant au prix, le gagnant confirmé (et chacun de ses invités, le cas échéant) : (a) signifie qu'il comprend, reconnaît et accepte que la participation au prix peut impliquer un danger et/ou une exposition à des risques et dangers (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, en raison de la nature du prix et d'une possible exposition ou infection à la COVID-19), qu'ils résultent d'une erreur humaine ou d'une négligence prévisible ou imprévisible, et que, par conséquent, il puisse subir des dommages à des biens personnels, des blessures graves, une maladie ou même la mort; (b) signifie qu'il comprend, reconnaît et accepte que les parties exonérées (définies ci-dessous) n'ont fourni aucune garantie ou représentation concernant sa sécurité pendant qu’il participe au prix; et (c) garantit et déclare qu’il a évalué la nature, la portée et l'étendue des risques encourus et que j'accepte et assume librement et volontairement tous les risques de dommages corporels, de maladie ou de décès découlant de sa participation au prix ou liés à celui-ci;

Il y a une limite d’un (1) prix par personne.

PROCESSUS DE SÉLECTION DU GAGNANT :

Le 3 novembre 2025 (la « date de sélection » à Toronto (Ontario) à 9 h00 min, heure de l’Est, cinq (5) participants admissibles seront sélectionnés par tirage au sort parmi toutes les participations admissibles soumises et reçues conformément au présent règlement pendant la période du concours et chacun des participants sélectionnés sera considéré comme un gagnant potentiel du prix.

Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre de participations admissibles soumises et reçues pendant la période du concours conformément au présent règlement.

PROCESSUS DE NOTIFICATION DU GAGNANT :

Le commanditaire ou son représentant désigné fera au moins une (1) tentative pour joindre chaque gagnant potentiel du prix (à l’aide des renseignements fournis au moment de l’inscription) dans un (1) jour ouvrable suivant la date de sélection. Si un gagnant potentiel du prix ne peut être joint dans les sept (7) jours ouvrables suivant la date de sélection ou si un avis est retourné en tant que courrier non distribuable, il pourrait, à la discrétion du commanditaire, être disqualifié (et, s’il est disqualifié, perdra son droit au prix), et le commanditaire se réserve le droit, si le temps le permet et à sa seule et entière discrétion, de sélectionner un autre gagnant potentiel du prix en suivant le même processus de sélection d’un gagnant applicable décrit ci-dessus (avec les modifications nécessaires), auquel cas les dispositions qui précèdent du présent article s’appliqueront à ce nouveau gagnant potentiel du prix).

PROCESSUS DE CONFIRMATION D’UN GAGNANT :

AVANT D’ÊTRE DÉCLARÉ UN GAGNANT CONFIRMÉ DU PRIX, chaque gagnant potentiel devra : a) répondre correctement, à une question d’habileté mathématique sans aide mécanique ou autre, à une question d’arithmétique (qui pourra, à la discrétion du commanditaire, lui être présentée en ligne, par courriel ou autre méthode électronique, par téléphone ou dans la déclaration d’exonération de responsabilité du commanditaire) ; et b) signer et retourner dans les trois (3) jours ouvrables suivant l’avis la déclaration d’exonération de responsabilité du commanditaire qui établit (notamment) : i) que le gagnant potentiel se conforme au présent règlement; ii) qu’il accepte le prix (tel quel); iii) qu’il exonère les parties liées au concours, RBC, Live Nation Canada, Inc. (« Live Nation »), le RBC Amphitheatre et ses sociétés affiliées, Instagram et chacun de leurs dirigeants, administrateurs, employés, mandataires, représentants, successeurs et ayants droit respectifs (collectivement, les « parties exonérées ») de toute responsabilité à l’égard du présent concours, de sa participation à ce concours ou de l’attribution et de l’utilisation ou du mauvais usage du prix applicable ou d’une partie du prix applicable; et iv) qu’il consent à la publication, à la reproduction ou à toute autre utilisation de son nom, de son adresse, de sa voix, de ses déclarations au sujet du concours ou de sa photo ou de son portrait, sans autre avis ni rémunération, dans toute publicité ou annonce réalisée par le commanditaire ou en son nom, peu importe les médias utilisés, y compris la presse écrite, la radiodiffusion ou Internet.

Si le gagnant potentiel du prix : a) ne retourne pas correctement les documents du concours dûment signés dans le délai précisé; ne répond pas correctement à la question réglementaire; b) ne peut (ou ne veut) pas accepter le prix (tel quel) pour une raison quelconque ; c) ne répond pas correctement à la question d’habileté mathématique; ou d) est considéré comme contrevenant au présent règlement (comme le détermine le commanditaire à sa discrétion); il pourrait, à la discrétion du commanditaire, être disqualifié (et, s’il est disqualifié, perdra tous les droits au prix), et le commanditaire se réserve le droit, si le temps le permet et à sa discrétion, de sélectionner un autre gagnant potentiel d’un prix en suivant le même processus de sélection d’un gagnant décrite ci-dessus (avec les modifications nécessaires), auquel cas les dispositions qui précèdent du présent article s’appliqueront à ce nouveau gagnant potentiel du prix). Le commanditaire conservera la décision finale quant au choix du gagnant en cas d’égalité ou pour toute autre raison.

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES :

Tous les bulletins de participation deviennent la propriété du commanditaire. Le concours est soumis à l’ensemble des lois fédérales, provinciales et municipales applicables. Les décisions du commanditaire relativement à toute question liée au concours, notamment les décisions concernant l’admissibilité et l’exclusion des participations ou des participants, sont définitives, sans appel et lient tous les participants. TOUTE PERSONNE QUE LE COMMANDITAIRE JUGE AVOIR CONTREVENU AU PRÉSENT RÈGLEMENT, POUR QUELQUE RAISON QUE CE SOIT, S’EXPOSE À SE VOIR EXCLUE À TOUT MOMENT DU CONCOURS, À LA SEULE ET ENTIÈRE DISCRÉTION DU COMMANDITAIRE.

Les parties exonérées n’assument aucune responsabilité quant à : i) toute défaillance d’un site Web durant le concours; ii) tout problème technique ou autre problème de quelque nature que ce soit, y compris, notamment les problèmes touchant le réseau ou les lignes téléphoniques, les systèmes informatiques en direct, les serveurs, les fournisseurs d’accès, le matériel informatique ou les logiciels; iii) l’impossibilité de recevoir, de saisir ou d’enregistrer une participation ou d’autres renseignements pour une raison quelconque, y compris, sans s’y limiter, en raison de problèmes techniques ou d’un encombrement sur Internet ou sur un site Web; iv) tout préjudice ou tout dommage subi par l’ordinateur ou un autre appareil du participant ou de toute autre personne relativement à la participation au concours, ou qui en découle; ou v) une combinaison de ces circonstances.

Sans limiter la portée générale de ce qui précède, en participant au concours, chaque participant libère les parties exonérées de toute responsabilité à l’égard de ce concours et de sa participation.

En cas de litige concernant la personne qui a soumis une participation, le commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa discrétion, d’exiger que toute personne qui prétend être le participant qui a soumis la participation en question prouve à l’entière satisfaction du commanditaire (déterminée par le commanditaire à sa discrétion) qu’il est le participant qui a soumis cette participation. Le défaut de fournir une telle preuve à l’entière satisfaction du commanditaire dans les délais précisés par le commanditaire pourrait entraîner la disqualification (comme le détermine le commanditaire à sa discrétion).

Le commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule et entière discrétion, de retirer, de modifier ou de suspendre ce concours (ou de modifier le présent règlement) de quelque façon que ce soit, en cas d’événement échappant au contrôle du commanditaire et entravant le bon déroulement du concours conformément au présent règlement, y compris, notamment, en cas d’erreur, de problème technique, de virus informatique, de bogues, de trafic, d’intervention non autorisée, de fraude ou de défectuosité technique. Toute tentative d’endommager délibérément un site Web ou de nuire au bon déroulement du concours de quelque façon que ce soit (selon l’avis du commanditaire et à sa seule et entière discrétion) constitue une infraction aux lois criminelles et civiles ; advenant une telle tentative, le commanditaire se réserve le droit de demander réparation et de réclamer des dommages-intérêts dans toute la mesure permise par la loi. Le commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule et entière discrétion, d’annuler, de modifier ou de suspendre ce concours, ou d’en modifier le règlement, de quelque façon que ce soit, sans préavis ni obligation, en cas d’accident, d’erreur d’impression, administrative ou autre, ou pour toute autre raison. Sans limiter le caractère général de ce qui précède, le commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule et entière discrétion, de poser une autre question réglementaire comme il le juge opportun selon les circonstances ou pour se conformer à la loi applicable.

En participant à ce concours, chaque participant consent expressément à ce que le commanditaire, ses mandataires ou ses représentants stockent, partagent et utilisent les renseignements personnels fournis dans le cadre de sa participation, et ce, uniquement aux fins d’administration du concours et conformément à la politique de protection des renseignements personnels du commanditaire (voir : https://www.rbc.com/rensperssecurite/ca/avis-rens-pers-mondiale.html

Le présent article ne limite pas les autres consentements qu’une personne peut donner au commanditaire ou à d’autres personnes relativement à la collecte, à l’utilisation ou à la divulgation de ses renseignements personnels.

Le commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule et entière discrétion, de modifier les dates, les délais ou d’autres paramètres du concours stipulés au présent règlement, dans la mesure nécessaire, en vue de vérifier la conformité d’un participant ou d’une participation au présent règlement, ou à la suite de tout problème technique ou autre, ou à la lumière de toute autre circonstance qui, de l’avis du commanditaire et à sa discrétion, nuit à la bonne administration du concours prévue au présent règlement, ou pour toute autre raison.

En cas de divergence ou d’incompatibilité entre les modalités de la version anglaise du règlement et les déclarations ou autres énoncés contenus dans tout autre document ou matériel ou site Web associé au concours, notamment un bulletin de participation, la version française du règlement ou la publicité sur le lieu de vente, télévisée, imprimée ou en ligne, les modalités de la version anglaise du règlement prévalent dans toute la mesure permise par la loi.

Live Nation n'est pas un commanditaire du concours et n'est en aucun cas responsable de l'administration du concours, de la vérification des gagnants ou de l'attribution des prix.
