Sun Life Financial: New! Use your email address to access your account

You told us you want an easier way to sign in – that it can be difficult to memorize a 12 or 14 digit number. Well, we've listened and added an email web access ID option

As of December 12, you can sign in to mysunlife.ca using your 12 or 14 digit numerical ID and go to Profile - Access info. From the Access info page, you can set-up your email address as an additional access ID. If you want to later change or delete this email web access ID, return to the Access info page.

Once set-up, you can use either your numerical ID or email web access ID to sign in to mysunlife.ca, but you must use your numerical ID when contacting the Sun Life Financial Customer Care Centre or using the automated telephone system.
