Learn more about your migration to RBC.

Your products and services at HSBC Bank Canada* and its subsidiaries will be migrating to Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) or its subsidiaries by the end of March 20241. They will migrate automatically, so limited action is required on your part. Details regarding the expected effective time and date of the migration for credit cards (the “card migration date”), and for all other products and services (the “migration date”), are included in the migration timeline (the “Migration Timeline”)2. You can find the Migration Timeline along with details about your migrated RBC® products and services in your RBC Product Migration Guide by visiting rbc.com/hsbc-canada-product-guide. If you would like to receive a hard copy, please visit an HSBC Bank Canada branch or an RBC branch.

You will receive clear communications highlighting any actions that may be required, including reminders of what’s to come, to ensure your transition is positive and seamless. If your banking or investing needs change, or if you prefer alternate products at RBC or its subsidiaries, please connect with an RBC advisor, Investment Counsellor or investment representative, as applicable, once your migration is complete.
