The RBC Climate Action Institute strives to bring together research insights and industry experts to help clients and communities apply climate solutions<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RBC Climate Action Institute brings together economists, policy analysts and business strategists to help research and advance ideas that can contribute to Canada\u2019s climate progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially focused on buildings & real estate, agriculture, and energy systems, the Institute has a three-part mandate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inform and inspire<\/strong>: Leverage RBC\u2019s thought leadership capabilities to inform policy and inspire action towards a Net Zero future in Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engage decision makers:<\/strong> Help convene key stakeholders to discuss ideas and develop pragmatic climate solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Facilitate bold action:<\/strong> Work with industry partners to help clients and communities apply climate solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Institute undertakes work that advance RBC\u2019s climate strategy, the RBC Climate Blueprint<\/a>, and is focused on providing ideas in areas where it believes it can have a meaningful impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
