<\/a>WXN<\/a> envisions a Canada where women can fully participate as equals — especially in areas where they\u2019re underrepresented. Every year WXN holds the Top 100 Awards to recognize female leaders across all levels, sectors and ages who have been nominated by their peers or themselves. The categories to nominate an individual are more diverse and inclusive than ever, ensuring that every woman feels recognized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the Top 100 Awards, RBC recognizes five exceptional young women who are transforming their communities through innovation, collaboration, and courage by awarding them the RBC Future Leaders Award<\/strong>. The nominees are judged based on innovation, advocacy influence and impact and community service. Lauren Castelino is an environmentalist, entrepreneur, and founder of the Green Career Centre. She supports underrepresented youth, particularly BIPOC, newcomers, and women, in accessing and landing green jobs through skill-building, leadership retreats, and policy advocacy. Impressively, she has reached over 500,000 youth and secured $3.2M+ in funding for impact-driven initiatives. Through her research, she informed a historic $405M commitment to climate philanthropy from nine Canadian funders. Lauren has been recognized nationally and internationally for her ground breaking impact.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
