The RBC Youth Mental Well-being Project is our commitment to support programs that help youth and families access the right care at the right time. So far, we have provided more than CAD $54 million in support.
RBC Race for the Kids
Since its start in 2009, the RBC Race for the Kids has raised $83+ million for youth-focused charities around the world. In 2022, 37,000+ participants raised $9+ million for 22 charities across 10 countries.

Skills, Networks, Practical Work Experience and Mental Well-being
- Prepare young people for the future of work through networking and advice, practical work experience, or 21st century skills development
- 2,100,000 youth participants have been reached through our projects, enterprise programs, and charitable partner programs.*
- 70% of youth surveyed say they feel better prepared for the workforce after participating in a Future Launch funded program.
