Alex Baker, Director
Alex is a Director with the RBC Venture Partners group at Royal Bank of Canada. Alex is responsible for sourcing transactions, negotiating term sheets, performing due diligence and monitoring portfolio companies in the financial services fund (FSF).
Prior to joining the group in 2008, Alex worked a management consultant with BearingPoint. He was involved in a wide range of consulting assignments covering business strategy and implementation of retail banking, consumer and commercial credit card and loyalty marketing solutions. Alex has managed large projects for some of the world’s most prominent financial institutions.
Alex holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business (York University).
