Silver Medalist, 2003 Pan Am Games

Bernard was a member of the 2004 Canadian Olympic Sailing Team in Athens and is currently 7th in world rankings for the Laser class - men's one-person dinghy. He won the silver medal at the 2003 Pan Am Games, and is also a three time North American Laser Champion.
