Steven's Bio

Steven has been involved in competitive speed skating for 22 years. A 2006 Olympic Winter Games silver medallist in speed skating (Team Pursuit), three time Olympian and former world record holder, Steven aims to climb to the top of the Olympic podium in 2010.

Favourite Olympic/Sporting Moment

Canada’s silver medal in the 1992 Olympic Short Track Men’s 5000m Relay. And the gold in Nagano (1998).

Best Advice You've Ever Received

My Provincial coach Julian Green once told us "You are nothing with an Olympic medal, if you are nothing without a medal."
