The Haligonian has won two World Championship bronze medals, and aims to win more medals for Canada at the 2009 World Canoe Championships in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, as well as a gold medal at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Athletic Goals

My goals are to win a medal for Canada at the 2009 World Canoe Championships in Dartmouth, NS and win a gold medal for Canada at London 2012 Olympic Games.

Favourite Olympic/Sporting Moment

Competing at the Athens 2004 Olympics (the last moments before the finals began). Even though I didn’t win a medal, the thrill of competing at the Games was unforgettable.

Being an RBC Athlete means...

Being selected as an RBC Olympian is a great thrill and honor for me. The relationship between RBC and the Olympic movement in Canada is the longest ongoing corporate – Olympic partnership in the world. Having the opportunity to represent RBC and the Olympic movement at the same time is a unique opportunity and something that I am very much looking forward to.
