- Will the items on my Learning Plan be affected by this upgrade?
No, the items appearing on your learning plan will remain intact. You will notice the new look of RBC Campus when you login following the upgrade. The items on your learning plan are now immediately available from your home page.
- If I started an online course will I be able to continue from where I left off once the system is upgraded?
All "in progress" course items will be reset removing any progress or bookmark which was on it. You will have to start the course from the beginning in order to complete it. It is recommended that you complete any courses which are in progress in order for them to be marked as complete and moved to your Learning History prior to the Upgrade.
- What if I have a Regulatory / Compliance program that is due to be completed during the upgrade period?
Items on your learning plan with due dates during the shutdown (October 12th to October 24th) will be reset to November 1, to provide you adequate time to complete. Please make every effort to complete at your earliest opportunity.
- I am registered (confirmed) for a course prior to the upgrade, will my enrolment follow to the new RBC Campus?
Yes, your current enrolment and status will be retained. This will now be displayed under your Learning Plan from the Home Page of the new system.
