RBC named to 2016 Dow Jones Sustainability North American Index

TORONTO, September 8, 2016 - RBC has been named to the 2016 Dow Jones Sustainability North American Index, an annual review that recognizes North America’s financial, social and environmental corporate leaders.

This index lists publicly-traded companies that create long-term shareholder value by embracing opportunities and managing risks stemming from economic, environmental and social developments. The annual review influences the investment decisions of asset managers who use the DJSI family as objective benchmarks for assessing sustainability portfolios. RBC congratulates the other companies that are included on the 2016 indices.
