RBC Investor & Treasury Services Tops Rankings
in Fund Administration Survey
LONDON, September 25, 2013 - RBC Investor & Treasury
Services, part of Royal Bank of Canada (RY on TSX and NYSE),
has ranked top overall for customer service in this year's
R&M Fund Services.net Survey of global investment managers.
The independent survey of more than 100 fund managers and
fund promoters around the world saw RBC rank first in all
six service categories, including:
- Core fund accounting and administration
- Accounting and valuation
- Approach and flexibility
- Quality of personnel
- Value for money.
RBC Investor & Treasury Services' excellence in administering
offshore funds in Luxembourg was also recognised as the firm
took first place in the ranking for the country. In addition,
RBC came first in the overall Continental European ranking

RBC Investor & Treasury Services' expertise in fields
such as tax reporting and analysis, and compliance monitoring
for new fund structures were particularly noted by respondents.

The R&M Fund Services.net Survey (formerly the R & M Fund
Accounting & Administration Survey) measures client satisfaction
with fund administrators, through questionnaires completed
by fund managers and fund promoters around the world. Over
100 responses were included. Respondents rated their counterparties
across 35 aspects of the service provided ranging from services
such as core fund accounting and administration through to
communication, quality of personnel and value for money.
