RBC Capital Markets appoints Co-Head of Mining & Metals
Sydney, 30 March 2011 RBC Capital Markets,
the corporate and investment banking arm of Royal Bank of
Canada (RY on TSX and NYSE), today announced the appointment
of Rob Sennitt as a Managing Director and Co-Head of Mining
& Metals, Australia within its Global Investment Banking
platform in Sydney.
Sennitt joins RBC Capital Markets with over 21 years of mining
and metals sector experience, most recently serving as Executive
Director at Macquarie Capital Advisers. Prior to this, Sennit
held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Natural
Resources at JP Morgan.
Commenting on the appointment, Doug Guzman, Global Head of
