TORONTO, February 9, 2010 — Royal Bank
of Canada (RY on TSX and NYSE) will host its Annual Meeting
of Common Shareholders and release its first quarter results
for 2010 on March 3, 2010. Information related to RBC's financial

RBC's Annual Meeting will be held in Toronto and is scheduled
