Come take the most exciting shot in golf at the RBC Canadian
Open Million Dollar ShootOut
TORONTO, July 14, 2008 — Be part of Toronto's
most unique golf experience and take the most exciting shot
in golf! As one of several events leading up to the RBC Canadian
Open, RBC is inviting the public to hit a 165-yard shot to
an authentic floating island green in the Toronto Harbour
for a chance to win $1,000,000. During qualifying rounds,
participants will compete for a chance to be closest to the
pin and qualify as a finalist. Then, the top 100 qualifiers
will advance to the shootout finals for their chance to be
one of the lucky 10 who shoot for a hole-in-one and the $1,000,000
prize.

What:
The RBC Canadian Open Million Dollar ShootOut is a spectacular
hole-in-one competition where participants have the opportunity
to make a 165-yard shot from Polson Pier onto a man-made floating
island green in the Toronto Harbour.
Entry fee is $10 for three balls. Proceeds will go to a
charity designated by the RBC Canadian Open.

Qualifying rounds take place from July 16 to July 22, 2008

Final ShootOut of the top 10 finalists takes place July
