RBC Capital Markets Energy Infrastructure CEO Conference looks at the opportunities and risks of a dramatically changing industry

TORONTO, March 6, 2006 — On March 8, CEOs of the major energy infrastructure companies in North America will discuss how their companies will capitalize on changes, risks and opportunities in the energy industry.

Conference highlights include "in conversation" interviews with CEOs of the ATCO Group, Duke Energy Corporation, Enbridge Inc., TransCanada Corp. and Williams Companies, Inc.; a panel discussion of investment opportunities, risks and industry outlook for the North American power industry; and a keynote address by the Chairman and CEO of Kinder Morgan, Inc.

"One of the largest influences on the energy infrastructure in North America is the development of the Canadian oil sands," notes Maureen Howe, an RBC Capital Markets research analyst in energy infrastructure. "With predictions as high as a tripling of production from the oil sands within a decade, and with clear demand from markets in Canada, the U.S. and Asia, pipeline projects will be a hot topic for governments, pipeline companies and consumers."

This one-day conference follows the recently published RBC Capital Research Report Movers and Shakers; Capitalizing on the Winds of Change. This comprehensive look at the North American energy infrastructure industry discusses current high share valuations in Canada, the future direction of generation, new sources of natural gas for North America and the development of the Canadian oil sands - all major industry trends that are driving opportunities in the sector.

RBC Capital Markets' Energy Infrastructure "Movers & Shakers" Conference will be webcast live beginning Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at 8:45 AM ET. The webcast will be audio-only and will be available for 30 days after the conference.
