You're covered by the RBC Online Banking Security Guarantee. If an unauthorized transaction(5) is conducted through your RBC Mobile Banking service, we'll reimburse you 100% for any resulting losses to those accounts.

Access

Here's how to go mobile with RBC:

1. Go to www.rbc.mobi.
2. Click the Mobile Banking link.
3. Enter your Client Card number and password and then click Sign In. (Use the same Client Card number and password as you do for RBC Online Banking(6).)
4. Answer your Personal Verification Question.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts.
