What makes a successful innovation? Use the resources in our Innovation Centre to guage and improve your work. And you can check out the Campus Innovation Community to find out about innovators in Canadian universities and colleges. Join the conversation and show your school spirit, and if you place among the top five, add a post about yourself.

Cash prizes and invaluable exposure

The top 5 teams will compete for over $45,000.00 in prizes. Even more valuable: they will present their ideas to RBC executives, for real-world application. This kind of exposure showcases your capabilities far beyond the classroom.

See your idea in action

Calling all overachievers: having your innovation rolled out across Canada for RBC stands out on your CV. The runner-up submission of the first Challenge has already gone live to great acclaim: it became RBC p2p, a finance site that's by and for young adults. Our Applied Innovation team and partners from various business units are currently testing Year Two's winning idea, VIBE personal banking workstation. What innovations will Year Three bring? You tell us.

You could see your idea grow and even change the way RBC does business.
