They survived the rigorous judging scrutiny from the RBC executives to emerge with the coveted title of RBC's Next Great Innovators and a cheque for $20,000.
Their winning submission: RBC Connect, an enterprise 2.0 extension of the RBC intranet to enable real time employee interaction, foster collaboration and facilitate sharing of expertise.

The Next Great Innovator Challenge Question:
The workforce and nature of work in the Financial Services industry is changing. A large number of employees are established and mid- career. Your generation, who have had very different experiences are just beginning their careers.

The top 5 teams will compete for $45,000.00 in prizes. However, the Challenge's rewards are worth more than the money. Your idea will be judged by RBC for real-world application, and if your team is among the finalists, you will present your case to RBC executives.
