RBC is Here with Help and Support

Our thoughts are with those affected by the devastation in Alberta. We’re committed to supporting the families and communities impacted by the wildfires and are offering special financial considerations and assistance to our clients during this challenging time.

To provide some relief for our affected clients, here are some ways we’re offering to help:

Short term payment deferrals on mortgages, personal loans, home insurance, auto insurance and credit cards
Fee reversals for any charges caused by overdraft, non-RBC ATM use, and early GIC withdrawals.
Special consideration will be afforded to Small Business and Commercial clients through their RBC account managers
Three months of complimentary telephone counselling through Ceridian for all home and auto insurance policy holders

We're Here to Help Rebuild and Recover

To support relief and recovery efforts, we’ve committed $2 million to community organizations that assist Alberta families. But financial aid is just the start; RBC employees are eager to help. We invite Alberta charities to send their volunteering needs to employeevolunteer@rbc.com to easily connect with RBC employees who want to get involved in the recovery efforts.
