Reading Is FUNdamental
RBC Bank is proud to support the Volunteer Centre of Morgan County's Reading Is FUNdamental Program. RBC has supported the program since 2008 and intends to continue through 2010 along with many RBC employee volunteers who help distribute books to help spark more than 1,000 children's interest in reading.

The Foundation's commitment to helping all Nova Scotians attain the highest level of mental health is one of the reasons RBC has chosen the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia as their provincial mental health initiative for Nova Scotia.

RBC donates $100,000 to Janeway Children's Mental Health Program
The dream of the picture-perfect family is far from the reality experienced by many young Canadians today. Too many children face emotional, social or behavioural challenges, which, if left untreated, can lead to serious difficulties in adulthood. With an experienced team of social workers and psychologists, the Janeway Family Centre has successfully offered group treatments to children, youth and families throughout the St. John's region of Newfoundland and Labrador since 1990.
