My name is Rayna Monteiro and I’m the manager for the Career Launch Program.

And my name is Krystin Chung and I’m an associate in the RBC Career Launch Program.

So the RBC Career Launch Program is an amazing opportunity because it provides them with the opportunity to work alongside professionals

As well as learn from a variety of expertise that they have.

It gives them hands-on business experience, mentorship, learning, and as well as community engagement

And getting all of that hands-on experience, it’s caused me to become a more curious individual and I think that that’s something that I benefit from the people around me that I work with can also benefit from and that’s something that I really appreciate about the program.
