RBC donates $55,000 to the Rose and Max Rady Jewish Community
Centre
The Rose and Max Rady Jewish Community Centre, located on
the Asper Jewish Community Campus in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is
home to social and cultural programs for children, youth,
adults, and seniors. This not-for-profit organization has
a membership of almost 2,500 families who regularly participate
in programs that promote healthy living.
RBC is donating $55,000 over 5 years to support particular
programs targeted at engaging children and youth in healthy
lifestyle activities to prevent chronic health problems such
as obesity, diabetes, depression and low self-esteem.
Since 1993, RBC has donated $72,000 to the Asper Jewish Community
Campus.
