Our approach is to support endeavours that empower organizations to make a difference and inspire others. In order to maximize the societal impact of our donations, we focus our support on a select group of priority projects:
 The RBC Blue Water Project™, a wide-ranging, multi-year program to help foster a culture of water stewardship across Canada and abroad, so that people have fresh water today and tomorrow.
 The RBC After School Grants Program, offering a range of structured, supervised activities that encourage social skills and self-esteem, with a special focus on keeping kids from K-12 in school.
 The RBC Children's Mental Health Project, with a focus on community-based programs and services that have the greatest social impact on children's mental health issues.
 The Employees Care Project supports and celebrates RBC employees' community efforts.
