Pursue your Potential (PyP)

- a program designed to help persons with disability to explore their career opportunities with RBC.

At RBC, diversity is one of our core values. Programs like PyP help us to ensure inclusion and fairness throughout our hiring process. If you decide to participate the program, here is What to Expect:

Am I eligible for the program?

You must be a person with disability to be eligible for the program. Persons with disabilities are individuals who have long-term or recurring, persistent conditions, either visible and/or invisible, such as pain, agility, speech, learning, hearing mobility, seeing, etc (please note: this list is not exhaustive)

Career Edge Internships with RBC

Are you interest in a paid internship? RBC successfully partners with the Career Edge organization, a private sector, not-for-profit organization that supports New Graduates with Disability and Internationally Qualified Professionals to provide paid six-, nine- or 12-month internships to Canadian university, college and high school graduates with disabilities.
