Out on Bay Street Conference and Case Competition

RBC is a proud sponsor and participant in the Out on Bay Street  Annual Conference and Case Competition. This Toronto event brings together job-seeking Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Allies (LGBTQA) post-secondary students together with large corporate employers with opportunities in the business, law and technology areas. Out on Bay Street, a non-profit professional organization, aims to inspire LGBTQA students across Canada leverage their capabilities to distinguish themselves and become leaders of the Canadian community.
