Manager, Business Architecture

You're a big-picture strategist with a vision tuned to the here-and-now and your sights set on the future. Driven by continuous improvement, you will transform business strategies into organizational, process and technical reality. You will actively develop business architecture and models that support attainment of efficiency, optimization and growth targets, enabling the business and operational units of RBC to deliver on their strategic vision and business objectives. You will work with senior executives and senior management to bridge the gap between strategy development and execution while understanding the relationship between complex business components in this exciting opportunity.

You will drive strategic alignment across the organization while supporting large-scale business transformations, defining common and reusable capabilities that may be shared across the enterprise. By liaising with business and bank operations executives as well as external partners to achieve our strategic vision, you will draw on an innate understanding of business transformations and trends from a business perspective. Your MBA degree and experience in a business or management consulting firm complement a background preferably in engineering, science or business.

The Global Consulting & Research team is looking for bright and talented individuals to fill consulting roles where you’ll work in a challenging and changing environment - being stretched to learn, achieve and advance across business and functional disciplines.

Working closely with senior executives to support RBC strategic and operating objectives, you’ll deliver high impact projects of benefit to RBC and our clients. Projects may include assignments within the following areas: Canadian and International Banking, Insurance, and Technology and Operations, as well as Global Functions including Risk, Finance, Human Resources, Treasury and Strategic Development.
