Global Technology & Operations serves as the information technology and operations foundation of the organization by supporting our businesses with simpler processes, faster decision making and improved speed to market with services and products. Sales and service roles in our call and service centres round out our expertise.
The Global Functions team includes: Human Resources, Corporate Treasury, Finance, Group Risk Management, Strategy and Corporate Development, Internal Audit, Law, Brand Management & Communications. We are a network of specialized professionals who provide advice and support to colleagues, maintain risk profiles, develop strategies, drive organizational performance, deal with regulatory changes, governance developments and tax positions and maintain the organization’s relationships with investors and other stakeholders.
