Chartered Accountant Training Program

Be a part of an audit team that delivers assurance services to our audit clients and assist with financial reporting requirements in the areas of head office finance, capital markets finance or Canadian banking finance. You'll experience the advantage of our UFE preparation initiatives through study programs and exposure to CA competencies. Gain in-depth, specialized training in the diversified finance industry sector, making full use of your demonstrated leadership potential and ability to bridge the gap between your university experience and a practical working environment. Your education includes a post-secondary degree and 51 credit hours, with a diverse range of extracurricular activities.

This three-year program consists of three rotations of 12 months. These prearranged rotations will allow you to pivot from internal audit to finance and back again. During year one you will be enrolled in CA preparatory courses as you begin your final preparations for the Uniform Evaluation. Once you receive your CA designation, you'll already be well on the way to an exciting career with RBC.
