Immigrating to Canada > Getting to Know RBC > RBC in the Community
Diversity isn’t just a priority for RBC Royal Bank, it’s how we do business and interact with the community every day. This is best reflected by one of our values and business strategies: “Diversity for growth and innovation.” By drawing on the strength of diversity, we will be able to build strong relationships in the communities we serve and meet the needs of clients around the world. It’s simply a smart thing to do.
Here are just a couple examples of this strategy in action:
We are the title sponsor of the "RBC Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Awards" which is held in partnership with the Canadian Immigrant magazine. This awards program recognizes the contribution that immigrants have made to Canadian society. Some of our past winners have been Donovan Bailey, Ian Hanomansing and Michaelle Jean.
"Diversity for growth and innovation" is not only one of our values; it’s how we grow our business.
Our priorities for diversity are:

In Canada & the US
Worldwide
It’s important to us that your personal, business and financial information is protected at all times. In fact, it’s among our highest priorities.
