Tips for Using Credit Wisely

- Sign the back of your RBC Royal Bank credit
card when you receive it.
- Compare your receipts to your monthly statements
and report any discrepancies.
- Pay at least the minimum balance by the due date
specified on your monthly bill. If you can, pay the
full amount due in order to avoid any interest charges.
- Never exceed your credit limit.
- In a secure place, keep a record of your credit
card number, expiry date, the three digits on the
back of the card and the 1-800 phone number you will
need to call if the card is lost or stolen.
- Report a lost or stolen card immediately.
